Would have been a 5, but there was a bottleneck with thhe car wash and we decided not to wait. We were offered a car wash some other time, but we are unlikely to take it up.
The service adviser was helpful and knowledgeable. I waited while the service was done and the car was ready on time.
Emily offered amazing customer service. I proceeded to order my 330e M Sport through my company's car scheme. I did ask for them to purchase through you but they have a preferred dealers list. ALD if you want to investigate.

Service was completed quicker than expected (always a bonus) and we were kept comfortable throughout in the waiting area with the added bonus of a good cup of coffee!
Everything was perfect but the complementary wash didn't used cloths to dried the car before handed over. Unlike Audi, they got it spot on every time. And the Audi front desk staffs was friendlier.
The price i was quoted online was different to the one quoted on the phone. I booked the service when a 25% discount was emailed to me. This discount wasnt given to me. Only when i questioned it i got the discount. However not the price quoted online
Because I was refused a courtesy car due to my refusal to part with my national insurance number. I was not pre-notified about the need to give such strictly personal information.
Did what was expected under the bonnet and identified a tyre fault which was replaced
Never had a problem in 10 years.

The cigarette lighter was not working and it made it difficult to check the tyre pressures following a warning on the car that the pressures were low
The staff I dealt with at Coopers, with the exception of one, were not particularly interested in resolving the issue I had with my car. Despite the car being brand new, less than a week, they showed not sympathy with my situation.
I emailed following my experience, asking for a comment on how you would rate the service I received. An standard email reply came very swiftly advising that I would be contacted in a few days. I am still waiting!

Good communication, work carried out in a timely manner. My car was also cleaned inside and out. Health check carried out and video sent through by the time I had returned to work. Excellent service and I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.
Items were fixed under warranty, the car was returned to me in good time, and it had passed its MOT

the Video provided was highlighting tyres and brakes etc the car was to be cleaned yet the side skirts etc was still covered in road dirt attention to detail, shows on a white car

Car was superb in terms of service and beautifully clean on the outside - but someone forgot to clean my boot which was left untouched and full of leaves!
Service was done well, but had to wait for car to be completed as a 4 week wait for a courtesy car. Car was cleaned but not dried, and boot not hoovered. Service was reasonably expensive for inspection 1, an oil and filter change as only materials.
Every completed before stated collection time and the girl on the reception was knowledgable friendly and very professional.
The loan car I was lent was rather mucky and hadn't been cleaned. The service receptionist did apologise for it, saying that they were a man down due an unfortunate accident some time earlier which resulted in the death of one of the staff.
Great to get a loan car for the day, but it was really dirty inside and out.

Easy no hassle
An issue with incorrectly ordered replacement warranty parts necessitated an unexpected second visit to complete the planned work.
On board service computer had not been reset to reflect the works completed. Time to next service for some items incorrect. I called my service centre who apologised and advised this can be corrected if I drop the car in. I live 40 mins drive away.
Was informed my rear pads required replacing, when checked by another dealership was informed my discs and pads required replacing. This was not received well by myself as this is a critical issue.

No demonstration on setting up things on the car. Not sure they really want to sell you a car as I have stated previously about the Sales Manager.
Whilst sale and collection were excellent, the vehicle navigation and connected drive app connection failed resulting in returns to the dealership twice in the first week.I have raised concerns with Sales Manager but no response received
All staff were extremely helpful and professional and made you feel important.
