Excellent repose to an issue with the car. The service advisor was first rate and is an excellent ambassador for the dealership.
We were not able to speak to someone who actually understood the technical specifics of our queries regarding the Sat Nav and other aspects of the I controller.One point was dealt with - change clock to winter time, although how was not clear.

Car in for Navigation update, which should perhaps have been checked and done before my purchase in August. Two young men on service reception desk; one was almost disinterested in my arrival, however the other was most welcoming and helpful.
Service done to a good standard but waited over 2 hours when I was advised it should take an hour and a half. Car wash didnt wash drivers door properly.
From start to finish excellent.A call from the garage after the service gave us all the information we needed.

I paid £99 to have a squeaking brake to be stripped and cleaned. Within 2 weeks the brake is now squeaking again. I have wasted £99

I did ask them to take a look at the launch control as I've never been able to activate it. All I got back was a note telling me to look at the log owners manual, as if I hadn't.Not very helpful!

Cooper Norwich is the best BMW dealership I have used. Louise Parsons was really helpful and advised me on how to update my Sat Nav software including providing some printed instructions. Louise is also a friendly and welcoming representative.
They genuinely try harder to please unlike your Carrs, Centre @ Bury St. Edmunds who sold me the MSport with faulty paint work and treated me disgracefully when I lodged a formal complaint.
Couldn't have done more, apart from opening earlier to allow me to get to work for 8am.

Problem with car that required a spare part that wasn't in stock, which required car being kept in over weekend. I wasn't offered a courtesy car.I was told I'd receive a call to let me know when car was ready, which I didn't get so had to chase.

Always polite, efficient, and accommodating, though customer parking space is sadly lacking.
Overall the experience was quite average. The servicing was disruptive to my day-to-day life, since the wait for a courtesy car was over a month. Other than this, it was OK.

The work done was fine but I needed a new tyre and they wanted to charge over £200 compared to around £130 by every other tyre specialist locally ...maybe they need to look at their supply contracts ..or maybe it was just them adding a huge markup !!

As stated above, the service itself was thorough however no mention was made of the chipped windscreen and time taken was 1 hour longer than anticipated.

As mentioned above, although the work has been carried out to a satisfactory level the staff always seem disinterested. I had a recent experience where when I collected my car, the service advisor seemed unaware what work had actually been performed.
Managed my expectations on time & cost
When car was presented to the service desk the customer assistance was unfriendly and uncaring. No willingness to help. Only informed that Id need to speak with BMW Emergency Service as they had made the arrangements. No ongoing help was offered.
Dropped the car off, was given a courtesy car and called when mine was ready, seamless throughout.

The car is very reliable. Any maintenance required is quick and successful. The Car is given a good clean inside and out which I like! I don't mind waiting at BMW while it is done.
The work (service) took longer than stated which wouldnt have mattered had I not waited in the showroom or had been offered a taxi back to pick up later (this has been on other occasions). However, the work itself was completed to my satisfaction.

They are helpful but i went there for a warranty claim and 3 weeks later i have heard nothing about when the work will be carried out.
I was kept in the loop throughout the whole service and repair process. The car was left with you for a week as I was unable to collect it. The staff were courteous and polite, and now the car is a joy to drive again
Good quality service from what I can see but expected at the premium price. Wait times are far too long when stated they will be 90min or under they should be. My interim service took nearly 3hrs.

My alloy wheels have started to corrode asked them to have a look they said there's nothing they can do under warranty as the wheels have already been refurbished which seems unlikely given the car is less than 4 years old & its how I bought it
