It was important I got away on time for another appointment, and they pulled out all the stops, and washed the car. Very pleased.

Kept informed of repair every day, car ready when stated.
I didn't choose to put the car in the garage but it broke down and so had no choice. The garage couldn't have been more friendly or helpful in sorting the problem and returning my car to me as quickly as possible.
It was Cooper Thames Ditton - I arrived for my 10.45am service at 10.30am, was told to take a seat and someone would be over to deal with me shortly. It was 11.30pm before I was seen and that was only because I caused a fuss.
The service itself was fine however having brought the car in at start of business and was told that it could be collected at 4.30 I was told when I arrived that it wouldnt be ready for about an hour

Took approx 3 weeks to book car in for service then had no courtesey car when had to alter booking. Service didnt include diagnostic check on sat nav & connection issues. Service indicator not reset and is reading that a service is due in 3200 miles
Loyalty seems to count for nothing, I purchased the car from coopers , every service , every repair , every fault has been repaired, I have also purchased the bmw warranty each year
the problem was fixed within a short time frame free of charge

The service was not as we've had before we were let down on the day which doesn't normally happen , it had been booked in for months and we dropped it of at 8.30 told could wait but we left it to get a call at 4.20pm to be told they had over booked !

I purchased the service package over the phone directly with BMW. Booked in Thames Ditton for service, upon completion the Thames Ditton branch asked me for payment for the service as the service pack was not associated with my vehicle
Service booked 3 months in advance - you cancelled 3 days before due.My magnetic GB sticker has disappeared in the wash.Not impressed.

Car was worked on quickly, I waited and was looked after in the showroom. Car returned fully working and very clean. Video of car vitals was also very good to have.

As previous - all described in emails. I was tried to be sold brake fluid change which wasnt due and £99 diagnostic charge when I advised a fuse needed replacing for the cigarette lighter. Just two of my gripes.
Good reception and prompt service
The right rear bumper reflector was missing collecrion. ?Due to pressure washing too hard?? had happened whilst my car was having a fault repaired and a reflector was ordered. The other one fell off on the way home so both had to be replaced.
When I arrived to collect the car having been told that it waa ready, it was explained to me that they were not happy with the valet and were going to wash it again. As I was in a rush, I said that I would take the car as it was. It was basically ok.

Service items were ok, but was very disappointed that the original price given (by John) for a replacement rear tyre was £170 including VAT, but on the service invoice the price was £170 plus VAT. Not good for a warm customer experience !
Inaccurate information lead to inconvenience and expense .
I did ask prior to the service whether the map update would include the new Northern Distribution Route around Norwich which opened this year and was advised they could see no reason why not. Unfortunately this road was not included in the map update
Cleaning of the car could have been better. Although you did pull out the stops to get it cleaned whilst I waited. Thanks for that, but another few minutes attention on it would have been appreciated.
When I got into the courtesy car there was a low tyre pressure warning light on. I went back inside to advise them and was told not to worry as it was probably due to the cold weather. Even after resetting, it remained on.
Whilst a mistake was made with our BMW 4 Series specification, both the Sales Staff and Management at Coopers moved quickly and professionally to rectify the problem, to our full and complete satisfaction

Communication wasnt totally 100% clear with what and when car was ready for collection. Vehicle was off road for a week with no compensation regarding this fact. Staff first rate. Issue could have been managed slightly better.

We were not able to speak to someone who actually understood the technical specifics of our queries regarding the Sat Nav and other aspects of the I controller.One point was dealt with - change clock to winter time, although how was not clear.
Always looked after very well whenever the cars have needed servicing and any checking over.
