What does our rating mean?

Our Dealership star rating is based on customer satisfaction scores from real customers. It is based on information collated by BMW UK over the last 90 days of new car sales and Aftersales service transactions, where the customer has subsequently elected to complete a customer satisfaction survey online.

"The only problem was the difficulty in contacting the salesman by phone - obviously, he was busy with other customers, and I was often unavailable when he did call back. Perhaps, support staff could take messages, not just ask salesman to call back?"

"From initial contact to delivery was 8 days, and it was a pleasure to deal with Nathan at the dealership. Only improvement was if I had to wait a little less time between some steps in the sales process when in the dealership. Only a minor thing."
