Our car was booked in to resolve a performance problem, on resolving it and a secondary issue they identified after checking the rest if the car, they provided a loan, ensured we were kept informed of the progress kept any inconvenience to a minimum.
I was waiting for cup of tea 20 minutes.
Efforts to check efficacy of front collision warning were appreciated - but I was surprised that there was no formal way to do this.

I do not expect a fault to a safety system of the car such as the loss of resistance in the headrest to require the replacement of the full headrest therefore a charge of approx £350 feels very excessive

Booking was a problem. Car was due to be collected between 8-11am and wasn't collected until 11.25am. Difficult when at work in meetings etc.
Reversing camera failed unable to resolve as non genuine camera fitted. Not this dealers fault.Unable to diagnose.

The process of buying another car was excellent but when I detected a rattle in the driver side door usually when travelling slowly in traffic and at traffic lights I my car was returned to the Service Department . I am still experiencing the rattle

Excellent service at garage, trying to organise things prior to arriving was very poor however. The person i spoke to did not book me in even though i told her i would be there in an hour and i had a puncture probably requiring a new tyre

Staff are very good, and the service is very good.But the service book wasn't stamped, my computer device indicator not reset and the car is has always been washed but wasn't this time. None of those are a major problem.

The service experience of booking in and the staff I saw was very good. However, I wasn't impressed with the cleaning of my car or the fact I was told a job had been done and it seems it hasn't after all.To be fair I haven't taken this up with dealer

They had my car for 2 weeks for a service and DSC update waiting for parts. The appointment had been booked 2 weeks in advance, so shouldn't really have had to wait for the parts.

Excellent assistance I asked for a last minute request for a MOT for my car, and was booked in for the following day! This was highly appreciated as the MOT expired that day, and I would have been unable to use my car until it was done.

My car was not cleaned properly, it was still dirty inside and out. One of the new rear tyre's you fitted was over inflated by quite a bit. Not massive problems, but should i have to clean my car after or check the tyre pressure?
Faith was the main factor during the time my car was in the workshop. She did everything she could to make sure my car received the best possible attention. There were many questions surrounding the issues and Faith ensured BMW standards were met.
