The service booking and confirmation by text was excellent but on the day of the service I had to call as it got to late morning and I hadn't heard anything. When calling the staff were extremely helpful.

I am not sure which service this survey is asking me to comment on as I brought 2 cars in on consecutive days. Both times the service desk was very professional and efficient.
Our BMW required insurance intervention we were kept waiting at BMW for over six hours. Callum Smith insured we were looked after with the ofference of tea and coffee etc., he constantly checked on us to see if there was anything else he could do.
When I left the car i was told it would be washed and vacuumed. It was not vacuumed

Bumper was damaged whilst at the dealership. I did not have proof (no vehicle check conducted when I dropped off car). Bumper scuff polished but not removed completely.Service history not updated in idrive means I have to return for this to be added
Requested that paint flaking was looked at and whilst a manager did look at this I am still awaiting a response as to what action you are prepared to take as the car is a BMW approved used car.
The car wasn't ready on time despite being agreed on arrival. Also it would appear the car fault was probably mis- diagnosed on the previous visit leading to unnecessary money being spent then and additional money being spent now.
I feel the service was overpriced for the works carried out. Even after conversation with the service guy about over inflated prices, he told me he'd "had a bad week and didn't need it!".. I don't think that's very professional!

When I booked my service I thought it was a full vehicle service, however, on the day I was informed it was only for brake fluid change. Pity I was not told this when making the booking as could have made better use of my time.

I did find a part left in my vehicle which I had to return to service reception.
What I had done took too long, roof bars fitted. Apparently something else was sorted of which I had no knowledge. Its a new car, nothing should need sorting.
Work carried out (recall) in less time than anticipated and car cleaned inside and out.Able to sit and read on premises with coffee refreshments provided.
Easy to book on line followed by a courtesy call. Dropping the car off I was very well looked after by Callum. Car was ready when it was promised by and again well looked after when picking up.

Our car was booked in to resolve a performance problem, on resolving it and a secondary issue they identified after checking the rest if the car, they provided a loan, ensured we were kept informed of the progress kept any inconvenience to a minimum.
Efforts to check efficacy of front collision warning were appreciated - but I was surprised that there was no formal way to do this.

The process of buying another car was excellent but when I detected a rattle in the driver side door usually when travelling slowly in traffic and at traffic lights I my car was returned to the Service Department . I am still experiencing the rattle
