You did say that my car would be cleaned and hovered but on collection this clearly did not happen my car may have been jet washed by not dried off as drop stains were clearly visable on the body work and the windows ,also no vacuum of the mats.
The washers on the rear window were not working when they went in and I would have thought they would have picked it up during the MOT.

small hiccup with demonstrator being sold before my booked test drive in it. but from there Will Smith the Sales Executive pulled all stops to obtain the car with the spec I required, very pleased. The flowers for my wife where a verty nice touch.

Exemplary service. A credit to BMW
The service team really helped me in resolving the problem that I had with the car. They were very attentive, quick and pleasant.
Actual delivery date proved problematic. The dealer not quite sure as to when the car would be in the showroom. For BMW I thought this could have been better.
