The valeting offered after service/ repair has always to me, been a little disappointing. Yes it has been done but something always seen to have been missed. i.e on the last occasion front of car hoovered, rear not. Other than that ok.

I had the pleasure of being looked after by James Richardson in sales, he knows how particular I am and found me the exact vehicle that I was looking for, didn't waste time and understood me as a customer, he accommodated me at short notice too.
Service was done speedily. Only hitch was waiting three weeks until a relief car was available.
The show room was cooper Reading not Norwich, but very good and I really liked the way my new car was presented to me.
Fitted me in and rectified my issue quickly.

The problems explained were diagnosed quickly and efficiently, relevant parts have been ordered under warranty and a convenient appointment has been made to install the parts.
The work was carried out in the expected timeframe.Unfortunately, the car needs to be returned for a full day to fix a fault covered by the warranty - this necessitates a courtesy car, the wait for a date when one was available was is too long!

The service itself was excellent, however BMW UK's new policy of not allowing pre-paid service maintenance contracts to be serviced until the exact due date caused a major problem which could bring into question whether I would buy another BMW.

Polite, helpful and very efficient. My car was booked in for a service at 10.30am but the service receptionist said they could fit it straight away if I was happy to wait until 10am. This was much better for me.

Good customer service
The car had developed a problem with the air con system and on inspection the condensor unit had cracked losing all the gas. BMW agreed to pay for all the parts meaning I had to pay the labour which meant a significant saving thanks to BMW.
Because I have nothing to complain about.

This was to correct a fault on a new vehicle - involving collecting it from my home. I was surprised at the length of time I had to wait for an appointment for this to happen.I was pleased the car was cleaned, but the standard of cleaning was poor.

Even though I was told that the work I had done on my car was a defect I was still asked to pay the labour element. The quality of the work carried out was as usual very good but I just feel BMW should have paid for everything in this case.
