It was a BMW recall and the work was carried out whilst I waited.
Health check great! However, offered a clean and vacuum afterwards and debris was left in my car and a dirty mark on the side. I appreciate this is free but if you're going to offer it then it should be done properly. Site staff very professional!

Once I had made my decision to purchase a car I wasn't very patient in terms of waiting for the build/delivery process. Much of this was outside of the sales person's control. They did provide regular progress updates, but the delivery date slipped.
