No issues at all and clear explanations given about my car visit.
The service was done in a timely manner on the date and time arranged and I assume that it was done satisfactorily but I'm not an engineer. The provision of a driver to take me back into the city and to bring me out again to pick up my car was good
Very well organised at drop off, kept up to date throughout the day and pickup was quick, what lets it down is upselling insurance on a courtesey car this feels like profiteering to me and not something I have experianced with other brands.

I had a few issues after the work was completed but these where very quickly explained and put right.
The visit took a little longer than I expected. I was told a price for pads and a price for pads and discs. I wasn't told that discs needed doing. It was done and I was charged.

My recent service problem was dealt with quickly and efficiently - all to a very high standard. It was particularly interesting and useful to see a video showing the cause of the problem.
The service I received from the staff at Cooper's Norwich for the two damaged wheels on my car from pot-holes was just fantastic they pull out all the stop's and had my car back with me within 24 hours, That's serivce and team work at it's best.
No problem booking in, Claire in reception was great, very knowledgeable, great girl a real asset to Cooper Norwich.
The service was great and the staff member really understood what we wanted and needed from our new car.
Having our car picked up and returned is a great bonus.

Had new tyres fitted and when I got home I noticed the fitter did not refitted my metal dust caps but fitted the cheaper plastic type. Also you left it till last part of the day till you notified me I needed new tyres.
Always very friendly staff at the service Dept. The dealership is very modern, clean, light is a very nice place to be when waiting for your car to be worked on etc. Very limited parking on both my previous visits.

I did not receive a service progress update until 20 mins before collecting my car. I was actually on my way to the dealers. The service indicator message had not been cleared requiring me to go back to reception.

My first BMW was bought in the mid 90s assisted by the young salesman Chris Hunter, the high quality experience of purchasing a car with his assistance and care is second to none. However many others carry out excellent work in the aftersales team.
Customer service at Cooper Norwich is always exceptional. However on this occasion I was hit with an unexpected bill which I still dont understand how it came about. Maybe just a coincidence that the part in question just failed that particular day.

The service goes beyond the car to any of my needs whilst the car is being serviced.
I brought my car in for a software update after a part had failed. BMW staff weren't very helpful about assisting me move items from my car to the courtesy (or arrival or collection) and the free valet was of a v poor standard. Not very impressed

My car was fixed in the time frame no issues and they even wavered a charge to fit a brake bulb, albeit the bulbs are rather expensive and as per the car was valeted accordingly.

Satisfied with customer service. I was looked after by service team. The only thing to mention, valeting was not great, looked like car was cleaned from outside but not interior, even though I was asked if I wanted my car cleaned...

This was the third time I had to take the car in for the same problem at considerable inconvenience to me.
But please do not offer to clean the car(to give a valet service) and then not do it.
Would have given 5 stars but I did have to bring the car back twice, although this was handled very well and sympathetically.
Over the years i have built up a good rapport with John Robinson in the service department and i always get exceptional service.
I couldn't have asked for anything more. The staff encountered, especially Louise and the technician, were polite, courteous and kept me up-to-date with diagnostic and works progress. With added bonus of several complimentary coffees whilst I waited!
The only improvement that could be made was a better indication of when the car would be picked up.

For all of the above reasons plus the links to the on line information technology specific to my car. This enabled me to learn about the car prior to delivery. This certainly helped as this is the first automatic gearbox car that I have driven.
We where completely 100 %satisfied we felt at ease never felt under any pressure staff where helpful . Again as from first comment Gavin gave us a100% he is very professional at his job we didnt have to worry about anything he sorted it all
