Our centre star rating is based on customer satisfaction scores from real customers. It is based on information collated by BMW UK over the past 90 days of new car sales and aftersales service transactions, where the customers have subsequently elected to complete a satisfaction survey online or by phone. I usually never give the top mark, however the internet video link of what was wrong with the rear wheel/braking system sold it to me!

The whole thing was handled very well. It was a mini service and MOT which advised new front tyres which needed to be quoted, sourced and fitted same day so not the simplest of appointments. Great job.
