In a stressful situation the whole BMW Emergency Assistance process was seamless and met all my needs.
I was received straight away and was expected, with the documents already for me.The work was done while I waited with coffees and papers etc. available during my wait.The work was done in a timely manner as I expected, to my full satisfaction.

Even though I was told that the work I had done on my car was a defect I was still asked to pay the labour element. The quality of the work carried out was as usual very good but I just feel BMW should have paid for everything in this case.
Looked after very well as always. Mark Small has kept the service to the same high level as Mark Swift did and Jonathan Robinson delivered as promised. I will give the same feedback to Inchcape Head Office in St James Sq when I'm next in there.
I am dissatisfied because; it took longer than I was told, and the excess on the loan car was £1000.

Everything was delivered to the usual high standard, however thee cost was high for four tyres. It is a little unfair that the service loses a point for that.
Expensive for the service work involved and an intermittent problem with idrive not resolved.
the service provided was excellent, however, one of my tyres had a puncture and the garage recommended a replacement at £290. I had a reputable tyre company who was going to supply same new tyre for £230. when they came they repaired it for £30.
What let it down was the cleaning. Would have preferred money off the bill so I could have taken it to my local car wash, they do a far better job than my experience this time.

We brought our car in for its first MOT we were told that the lights were set too high and they were changed. After a nasty trip home in the dark where you couldn't see, we took the car back to be told the lights were too low. Surprise very unhappy.
I was unhappy with the situation of enterprise being able to only offer me a catB car due to my age so your service manager decided to get my car done on the spot whilst I wait.
Our Service adviser was extremely courteous and polite. They said the service would take an hour and a half and it did. They cleaned the vehicle inside and out.

I was contacted by cooper Norwich for the recall isofix work, given a suitable appointment, was received well, looked after whilst waiting and the car came back a fair bit cleaner than it went in:-).
When phoning in to have M.0.T renewal and after, arriving at depot on date/time given, I was made to feel welcome, treated with courtesy and looked after whilst I waited for my vehicle.
