The car service was excellent but I was sure that I had been told that that the car would be cleaned before being returned. And it wasnt.
I had to have an engine changed due to timing chain failure. Faith was great throughout the process. Only very satisfied as there was no car available dor me so I had to pay for hire and my car came back damaged

Nearside rattle is better but still there, we have now identified the source, it's in the headlining above the B post, there is now another similar creak in the drivers door area.The headlights are better but still poor on main beam, we will be back

After dropping my car off for a few minor issues. Coopers went beyond by identifying a few other issues with my car that resulted in having to keep my car a few extra days. car was all cleaned and even a free gift (umbrella) supplied
Pleasant environment, very attentive service personnel. The technician gave me his undivided attention, went for a ride with me and resolved my "problem" right away. I didn't even have to wait or leave my car. I thought I was back in the USA!

Paperwork had wrong registration number and car had not been cleaned when collected, despite being told car was ready. Loan car had no fuel, someone had previously smoked in the car and there was a warning of low tyre pressure.
I was given a lift home and a taxi was offered to pick me up when the car was ready. Great service.

All work was completed to a satisfactory standard but i had requested a quote for bodyworks which i never recieved nor was my service book filled in

The friendliness of the team experienced was good, our car had been sort of cleaned but we were really disappointed with the level of cleanliness and the bad hoovering and cleaning of the car, we have better done at canary car wash for £6.
Paperwork hadn't been completed when I was told to collect the car. The car was also dirty so it had to be cleaned again. However the staff were friendly and the courtesy car was lovely.

Coopers did a free brake check within the 5 year warranty period. At the same time gave me an MOT at half price.
Unfortunately we had to make an emergency visit - the tyre valve assembly sheared off at the air station when checking tyre pressures. Lucky Cooper's BMW was not to far away - and when we arrived we were looked after right away. Thank you to Coopers.

The service booking and confirmation by text was excellent but on the day of the service I had to call as it got to late morning and I hadn't heard anything. When calling the staff were extremely helpful.

Our BMW required insurance intervention we were kept waiting at BMW for over six hours. Callum Smith insured we were looked after with the ofference of tea and coffee etc., he constantly checked on us to see if there was anything else he could do.
Bumper was damaged whilst at the dealership. I did not have proof (no vehicle check conducted when I dropped off car). Bumper scuff polished but not removed completely.Service history not updated in idrive means I have to return for this to be added

Requested that paint flaking was looked at and whilst a manager did look at this I am still awaiting a response as to what action you are prepared to take as the car is a BMW approved used car.
I feel the service was overpriced for the works carried out. Even after conversation with the service guy about over inflated prices, he told me he'd "had a bad week and didn't need it!".. I don't think that's very professional!
The car wasn't ready on time despite being agreed on arrival. Also it would appear the car fault was probably mis- diagnosed on the previous visit leading to unnecessary money being spent then and additional money being spent now.
Poor service at first, but then changed sales person and it was a totally different experience. Sorted out by the manager, better 2nd time round..
