They had my car for 2 weeks for a service and DSC update waiting for parts. The appointment had been booked 2 weeks in advance, so shouldn't really have had to wait for the parts.
The service experience of booking in and the staff I saw was very good. However, I wasn't impressed with the cleaning of my car or the fact I was told a job had been done and it seems it hasn't after all.To be fair I haven't taken this up with dealer

Excellent assistance I asked for a last minute request for a MOT for my car, and was booked in for the following day! This was highly appreciated as the MOT expired that day, and I would have been unable to use my car until it was done.
The service team were very good, efficient and friendly. However it would have been nice to have the guy who sold the car come out and just check everything was OK. It's a nice touch that I have experienced at other dealerships.

My car was not cleaned properly, it was still dirty inside and out. One of the new rear tyre's you fitted was over inflated by quite a bit. Not massive problems, but should i have to clean my car after or check the tyre pressure?

Faith was the main factor during the time my car was in the workshop. She did everything she could to make sure my car received the best possible attention. There were many questions surrounding the issues and Faith ensured BMW standards were met.

The after sales manager listened to the reason I had taken my vehicle in, checked out my immediate concerns (and found no problem) and booked the car in for a minor bodywork repair. All within a week of the damage being sustained.

My X5 was in for 2 days and the courtesy car I was given was a mini! I am 5' 9" and have 4 children. A mini is not a suitable replacement for an X5!!!
My car was collected and returned to me as promised. I needed an MOT and a recall service item doing. It was suggested that the car was due a brake fluid change soon that could be done at the same time. I was happy for this to be done.

Car was returned within the stated time allotted and a car would have been available to take us to Norwich city centre should we have required this for the time the car was being serviced. The car had obviously been cleaned both inside and out.
Easy to book in and helpful team. The problem for me is that I live 25 miles away and they are difficult to get to. So a visit involves buses trains etc. My wife has an Audi and they are more helpful with courtesy card.

While no courtesy cars were available, my repair was completed quickly and at short notice. I received a video from the mechanic showing the wear on the components that needed to be replaced, which was a nice touch.

They over analysed the problem. They did not apply the fix they said they would on the day they had the car. They had the car over night to applied the fix they said they would in the first place! This meant a second (unnecessary) journey for me.

The car had a couple of issues1.Problem with front brake discs.2. The rear bumper had been remove at some point in the past, and had not been correctly reinstalled, one of the clips was not aligned and missing fixings from the rear diffuser.

Contacted branch to let them know that my battery had been playing up for a few weeks as I bought from here.Was told to bring it in.After a couple of hours . New battery £266!Was never told I was footing this bill until collection..Bit annoying .
